"The hotel is smack in the middle of the city and a short walk to bot the train station and the main bus terminal. Although George street has deteriorated in the last years, the hotel is across from the theatre so it is lively and feels more or less safe. Cafe on the left. Two nice pubs on the right. "

"I had a lovely stay at the Roseate. Beautiful hotel, staff were so friendly and helpful. I had a lovely massage at the spa. I had a couple of issues with the bathroom- shower heads weren’t working in shower or bath, but staff were great about it and gave me complimentary breakfast! Would definitely stay again "

"Really enjoyed our stay. Unusual rooms which we really liked. Bed was very comfy. Only criticism, if it is one, is the mood lighting was very affective but could do with brighter light for getting ready. Hope to come back soon"

"Not all rooms are as indicated in the photos. We booked a Deluxe Room based on the photos on the website. Upon arrival we were given a room with low ceilings and only a few beams. We requested the room, as shown on the website, which is called the Early and they did move us to that room. The second night we had no heat in the room and it was cold. The manager came up and said he’d contact maintenance. After a while we went to check on things and told that maintenance was not attending that...

"Absolutely incredible attention to detail. Every unthinkable whim has been thought of. If you have the idea they have already executed it. The only issue is 1 night is not enough and with 32 different styled rooms you just want to experience them all. "
