"We got a family connecting room. One of the rooms was constantly blowing hot air and there was no way to reduce the temperature. The elevator was tiny - I have not seen such a tiny elevator. Otherwise staff were really nice and helpful. The hotel was overall nice. "

"Spent a wonderful week in Florence. We had a small glitch at the end of our stay, which was not any fault of the hotel. Due to Florence marathon on Sunday and the 24 rail strike, which started on Saturday night, we had to extend our stay. The staff did everything they could to help us with alternate travel plans."

"Staff were awesome! Hotel is beautiful. Would stay again. Beds were super comfortable. Best sleep we got in Italy. This resort was a nice break from the city visits. The spa was nice, but the open hours made it difficult to plan days to visit areas like Pisa and Florence and spend time there without missing the spa closing.
