"Hotel located approx 10 minute walk from main train station. Unfortunately difficult to locate due to scaffolding along front of building, so entrance not visible from street, some signage would be useful. All staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Room and bathroom very clean, cleaners were around daily with beds made up & fresh towels, & pillowcases, always seemed to be hoovering landings/ cleaning. Our room (411) had balcony with small table & chairs, lovely view of city,...

There aren’t many rooms which was a plus in my opinion. It seems to sort of operate as more of a boutique or bed and breakfast type place. It’s great, I’d stay here again and recommend."

"Clean, comfortable hotel suite with friendly staff and hearty breakfasts. Great location: away from the crowds but walkable to city centers, nearby bespoke boutiques and a convenient store. Must be willing to traverse a lot of steps, as the suites are several floors up—there is a slender elevator. Overall, a great stay!"

"This hotel was the perfect distance from everything we wanted to do! The leather market, Michelangelo’s David, the Duomo, etc. - everything was conveniently walkable from our hotel. The staff were accommodating and checkin and checkout were fast and easy."

"We had to make a last minute reservation because our Air B&B had some issues. I booked one of the last rooms less than 24 hours before check in for me and my two daughters. We were greeted kindly, offered a room with a view, and were grateful for the clean, comfortable, and efficient accommodations. The square below is a little loud, but it didn’t impact us getting to sleep."

"This hotel is in the terrific neighborhood , has a lovely garden and friendly helpful staff. The room had a well functioning AC and was very quiet. The beds were small and not the most comfortable i have ever slept in but they were OK. I recommend this as a good bargain for the price. "

"Great stay, great front desk! Overall, I loved the place, but it's about 20-30 minutes' walk to the city center. On the plus side, it's nice being outside the chaos of the city center. The staff are amazing and the breakfast area is so cozy and feels local. 10/10"
