"Overall it was a good stay for our 14 day visit. My only plight was the condition of our first room had a missing window pane and resulted in a very cold room. The hotel would then change our room in less then 24 hours. After our room change we had a much greater room but lacked certain amenities like control of the heater weaker plumbing. It's in a great location mind you and great for anyone looking to experience the heart of liverpool and it's culture. Staff was great and very helpful....

"I stayed for 1 night whilst visiting Liverpool. I booked this hotel as I was travelling as a family with 2 teenagers and they had family rooms which had 2 separate bedrooms. The hotel is directly next to the train station so you do hear a lot of noise from the announcements. The hotel is very nice a little dated in some areas but clean and they did provide a lovely buffet breakfast. "The room was comfy. I wish they had provided bottled water instead of canned water. Also I wish the toilets were more muslim friendly. I guess its not common to have handheld bidet in uk. But the fact that the sink was far from the toilet seat meant it was harder to get cleaned with water after using the toilet."

"Everything about the hotel was excellent. Staff at check in were wonderful, going out of their way too look up actives for us for the following day that we'd not yet been able to book.
