"This hotel was excellent in every category. The only issue we had was that they wouldn’t honour the free breakfast for the 3 guests under the age of 17 as we booked 3 rooms with free breakfast. It was very disappointing that they wouldn’t honour our free breakfast option that we paid extra for. "

"Property is located very close to Haram. Even the mosque inside hotel is part of Haram. It is possible to walk to the haram for all prayers. Hotel is located at a height so could be difficult to walk for elderly people, however, there is a ride available. Staff is polite and courteous. Breakfast menu has a good spread and very quality food. I would like to mention Waseem Akram, who always serves you with a smile. There was an issue at the time of check-in so we had to wait in the lounge for two...
