"Excellent facility, close to haram, just opposite Haram's gate no. 79 (used for Tawaf). The rooms are spacious and they provided two double beds and one single bed for a family of 4 which was excellent. Lift is new and very fast. Good breakfast options. They charged extra for the kids breakfast which was not clear when I was booking at Expedia as Kids were included in the booking. So be mindful of that when booking. The taxi I arranged for pick up was not allowed in initially due to security...

The property little old, things need to be renewed. 2. The restaurant is good with variety of choices, but it is not organized well. Food are scattered everywhere, you have to pass thru all the tables to find what you need."
