The rooms were a bit dark but the hotel staff were happy to assist by providing extra lamps for the room. Breakfast was ok, not fabulous, and the service at the Japanese restaurant in house was terrible. The hotel staff were generally very helpful. The rooftop bar is cool too!"

"Everything was excellent. The complimentary shuttle bus to the Old Town was a very thoughtful option. Except: The hot water supply was a little short. OK, as it was only me in the room so it didn't matter, but if two people were staying together, who didn't shower together, then the hot water would be a little cold for the second person. Secondly, there was no coffee making machine in the room. For an establishment that calls itself five star, two star instant coffee isn't an option. However I...

"Lovely modern hotel, spacious rooms. Lovely spa, we had a great time. Lots of variety with breakfast but would suggest having more options for people who don’t eat pork. Shuttle to the old town is lovely but increased frequency would be preferred. It’s easy to get a “Grab” though so not a problem. Staff is super lovely. Lily, Ame and many others thank you for making our stay so nice."
