"I would be surprised to find a better value for your money in Hoi An. My room was immense, with everything I needed. And they always made sure to clean. Manage your expectations, this is a Homestay, not a hotel. So it's got a very cool family vibe to it. The hosts were incredibly helpful, transparent, proactive, on top of their stuff, and overall just great people! I would definitely stay there again. "

"We arrived and the host was not present. The staff did not speak a word of English had to use Google translate which was very challenging; we booked a 1 bed they put us in a 2 bdrm and made us move the next day as we were leaving for our outing. Communication was terrible practically abysmal. AC was not functioning properly it was very cold and could not adjust temperature, windows did not close properly, the 1bdrm (Rm303) bathroom had no shower curtain or door so when you’re showering the...

"Staff at this homestay are wonderful. If you want to stay where all the action is, this place is a quick walk to the market but much more quiet. My room was tidy with ac and a fan. I had a great stay and would recommend. "

"Ms Ten and her family are very welcoming! Her husband Ken came picked us up in DaNang and brought us to their Homestay. Ms. Ten cooked us meals (not in our plan), gave us snacks and directed us to the proper places for better prices. Only 2 blocks from the river or touristy part of old town. Service and price was amazing!!!!! NOTE: FAMILY STAYS ARE NOT JUST A ROOM IN THE HOUSE. YOU GET A FULL ON ENSUITE WITH BALCONY!! VERY PRIVATE. Lovely Family!!!!"

"Would definitely recommend this homestay. It was easy to find, great location for the night market, bars, and lantern boats. Room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. It was quiet too. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. Great value for money!"

"Great location a short walk into old town but away from the chaos. Still some noise of traffic from the street which can't be helped. Comfortable room. Air con and hot water. Bathtub was a great plus after months of travel. Nice host. "

"Serenity Villa was our favorite stay for our entire trip to Vietnam. It is located in a nice corner of Hoi An & everything from shopping to our favorite banh mi stall was within walking distance. We also enjoyed the night market just around the corner from the hotel. The family that runs the hotel was extremely helpful. We had help laundry service, booking a tour, and food recommendations. We would definitely stay at Serenity Villa the next time we travel to Hoi An."

"Loved everything about this place. Location was great - a bit out of town but loved to see local life. The room was big and very clean. The breakfast was amazing - freshly cooked to order (try the banana pancakes) Bikes are provided which we used daily to cycle into town and to the beach. The service from the staff was brilliant - nothing was too much trouble. The only slight thing to be aware of is the pool loses the sun at lunchtime."

"A good choice to stay in Danang. We are going to make another reservation for this winter. That's how much we enjoyed it. "저는 자주 다낭을 방문하는데, 이곳은 가족 여행에 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있고 가장 깨끗하게 관리된 빌라인 것 같아요. 거실이 넓고, 큰 주방과 대형 냉장고가 있어서 직접 음식을 해먹기에도 편리했습니다. 세탁기와 세제, 빨래건조대가 준비되어 빨래도 할 수 있었습니다. 우리 가족은 이곳에서 휴가 동안 불편함 없이 지냈어요. 이곳은 자연 친화적인 곳이기도 해서 아침에 일찍 일어나 해변을 산책하며 일출을 보는 것이 정말 아름다웠고, 가끔 새소리도 들려서 정말 좋았습니다. 호스트는 매우 친절하고 세심하며, 빠르게 응답해 주고 궁금한 부분에 대해 자세히 설명해 주었습니다. 다음에 다낭에 온다면 또 이곳에 머무를 예정입니다 ^^"

A fantastic hotel for a couple

"A wonderful hotel. The staff was extremely courteous and kind. We opted for the honeymoon package, which was worth every penny. The vice manager was very hospitable and even brought a singer and her escort to our romantic dinner. We also had a fantastic massage as part of the package. Truly the best we've had in Vietnam. Far better than the street parlors and way more professional. The personal touch, great facilities and overall level of the hotel make it an easy 'yes'. Will definitely stay there again."

"Nice hotel in a beautiful little city. Easy to walk to everything and plenty pf tour options available at the travel desk. Only two minor complaints, a walk in shower would be much nicer than a shower in the bathtub, and in our room at least (161) there was no electrical power point near the kettle. Small items, but noticeable. "

"Best resort experience we have had. Amazing customer service, super clean, close proximity to Hoi An old town 15mins in taxi. Great food at the restaurant. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with our families 6 and we all loved it. Resort pool was amazing and sensational views. External building Paint work is getting dated but otherwise an amazing stay. We will be back!! "
