"Not long after arrival, I walked around the complex and couldn’t figure out what was going on here. The lobby is beautiful, the restaurant and food are really good, the rooms are clean, modern and spacious. Yet, there’s abandoned shops, all through the complex. It turns out that covid decimated that side of it. It’s a really cool place. My kids and I had a great stay. Throw a few dollars into a coffee or two in the shops that are open and encourage it to grow. "

"Overall great hotel. Breakfast is good. Amenities are good. Only complaint i have is lack of elevator. If you have bad knees this is a minus. I booked a loft without knowing the meaning of a loft, apparently it means the bedroom is on another level. You have to climb stairs to get to the bed. Another minus, is the noise from the hallway as people walk back to their rooms. The insulation for sound could be better. Other than that the staffs are very helpful and friendly. We borrowed the bike and biked around which is nice"

"My husband and I have stayed at this property every year for the past 4 years. We wouldn't stay anywhere else!The staff is the best that we have ever seen. They are so cordial and extremely helpful. They make us feel like family. We love the way that they make usn feel. The hotel is in such a great location. it is extemely clean and quiet. Plus it is within walking distance of the Ancient town of Hoi An. We received an upgrade to a beautiful pool view and enjoyed sitting on the balcony and taking in the views. The rooms are very well decorated and comfortable. We also enjoyed the free shuttle to the beach each and every day. Last but not least. is the amazing breakfast that has so many dishes to choose from. The food is truly top notch. We also ate dinner here several times and the food is all so wonderful. "We stayed here 10 night and it was amazing, breakfast buffet has everything, staff went out of there way to attend to our needs, especially one staff by the name of Hong Khoung she made the extra effort to come talk to us every morning for breakfast and it was nice talk to her and she made us feel very welcome, on behalf of my wife and I just want to say Marriott has exceeded our expectations and definitely stay at Marriott again."

"This is an amazing property in Hoi An! The staff are incredible - they could not have been more accommodating and helpful. And they were always smiling! The river view king suite was undoubtedly the best location with a fantastic view of Old Town. We enjoyed our patio everyday. It is an easy walk over the bridge into Old Town for shopping or dining. Definitely would stay here again."
