"After reporting an issue with my room, I was instantly upgraded by the very helpful staff. Because of this, I had an excellent sleep in a clean and spacious room. All staff were friendly and food was delicious. The hotel itself is located next to the town, so a 10 minute walk to the shopping centre and various restaurants. If it wasn’t for the upgrade, I would have been quite disappointed with the room I received for the money been paid, so I would definitely recommend paying more for a nicer...
