Reception staff checked us in early and even took our trolley back for us as we wanted to turn in straight away. The room was very well insulated from the aircraft noise."

"Good hotel for a stopover in Rugby. Very convenient location, just off motorway & about 15 minutes from town. Room &. Shower room / WC ok, though very hot and AC didn’t seem to cool it (centrally controlled for heating / cooling) - so had to keep window open, though this was limited. Apart from that very comfortable. Room service had great choice, came quickly and was good. Lots of free onsite parking and plenty of fast EV chargers. "

I had one of the new ground floor rooms, but it had no desk (only a small round table which was no good for working on) and practically zero draw space. Also, housekeeping was poor (I came back to find my curtains still closed, lamp still on, wet towel still on vanity sink unit, and only one of the two mugs washed up, with the other...

BUT******** This time there was a problem with the water pressure: bath dribble delivery, shower the same (for cold water and left me with just boiling hot). Toilet wouldn't flush well enough to clear waste. Cold tap failed to deliver drop of water one morning - if anyone in a nearby room uses cold water it seems to deprive...
