"Two nights including New Year eve before flying back to USA. Hotel lives up to claim of 4-star status. Modern facility with expected amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location convenient enough and cabs readily available. One small complaint: bathroom lighting very dingy and quite inadequate. A lighted circular pullout mirror attached to the wall would be helpful."

"Great location. Doing upgrades at moment so pool out of order and scaffolding around building. Furnishings in foyer in need of a bit of tlc. Amenities in room great. Bed comfortable. Would stay again, but ask for a room that didn't have a view of a brick wall of the building next door (if possible)"

"We stayed for one night. Family of 4 with kids 9 and 13. Needed to be close to transport, reasonably priced and central to the city as well as the northern beaches. The Quest ticked all these boxes. Super easy to get to the city on the Metro. 20mins ride. Easy to get to Macquarie centre also. Check in was easy enough however the agent checking us in made us feel like an inconvenience as we had turned up 45 mins before 2pm then made it seem like he was doing us a favour by checking us in earlier...

"The room was good but a relatively long strow to the lifts. A lift nearby went to the gym. When I walked down the stairs I came to the side to the building and had to make my way to the entrance. There was no view out of my window. The room was clean. "
