"They were very nice and gave us a room upgrade to the 44th floor. However, immediately in the room we noticed a public hair on the white blanket and my wife noticed a public hair on the bathroom floor. This is not what you want to see within minutes of being there. The hotel is near many subway stations. The included breakfast is wonderful. The staff was very nice."

"Great location and close to times square two restaurant options, and a pool, which is unique to the area. My only dislikes are the lack of elevators. They only have three most of them always stop at the restaurants and in the room there’s a refrigerator and coffee maker, but no microwave."
