"The apartment was large and spacious. It is walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. Conveniently located close to transit and in a safe neighborhood. The parking is very safe. Off street and secure. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped."

"We booked our stay here two days before checking in. On the day of we had not heard from the host. After multiple attempts to contact them, via app and phone call, it wasn’t until 45 minutes after we were supposed to check in that our reservation was cancelled due to having been double booked on another platform. Very disappointing as it left us scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. The area was nice and walkable, but a disappointing turn of events."

"The property is just about 3 stars. Positives: space available in the townhouse is great and location is convenient to walk to the Subway and there is a market/ deli right across the street. Downsides: also location, 3rd Ave is REALLY noisy with a pub below on the ground floor, making the 2 front bedrooms really noisy. There were a few safety issues in that there was a broken tile on the steps right in the middle where you go down to the kitchen, which was both a slipping and tripping hazard....
