"This was a return visit. We received a warm welcome and the staff were always polite and helpful. A plate of petit fours awaited us in our room. The room was large and although storage for our belongings was tight we managed well. Its accessibility to the station was a boon as we used the train and the Swiss Travel Pass every day. The only negative was the housekeeping. Only on one occasion was the room well cleaned. We were there for two weeks but our beds were not changed. In contrast...

"The information on Hotels.com that all suites have a river view is incorrect. Our allocation was a view of the car park and a building opposite. The ‘accessible’ room provided had a wet room with excellent view of the toilet from the bed. Possibly provided because of a company event taking over. The smaller room that we were reallocated had excellent views across the river and was very comfortable. When a new river view suite was available, that was excellent, spacious and worth moving again...

There are some aspects of my room that were looking a bit tired.
