"The location of this hotel cannot be better! Across from the train station and easy access to trams and buses. Very friendly staff, small but comfortable rooms, good breakfast choices. I would definitely stay here again if in Basel."

"The absolutely lovely receptionist stayed on to let me in as my flight was delayed and I got there just after 11pm. The hotel itself was great, walking distance from the old town, clean, tidy and a really comfortable bed, duvet and pillows. The phone number listed for the hotel though is not in use when you call it so this may need updating. "
