"Returned from full day of sightseeing, FOB didn’t work (10:30 PM). No one answered call via call button. Thankfully, fellow guest let me in. WiFi is complete rubbish in common areas. Groceries were discarded prior to my departure (staff gave me complimentary salad-yum!). No electrical outlets/USB by beds. And, yes beds are RIGHT next to each other-bit weird. Pros? "Ok place to stay with a small kitchenette, close to the train station & shops, and food places that are open relatively later during the evening. Note: there is no reception deck. You have to connect through emails/ calls. The same code is used to enter the building, your room, and other sections. The issue is that one is supposed to get code a day in advance, which has not worked well for 2 times I have stayed here. One gets a quick response after contacting the Vision Apartments support team...

"Great place to stay in Basel. Close to public transportation. The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed had all basic amenities for a family of 4. A full size kitchen , washer dryer was awesome. The AC was not that good but a fan in the room helped. It would have been great to have a fan in each room. We kept the windows slightly open to let some fresh cool air in at night.
