Very nice hotel
The Arrow hotel is modern, comfortable and clean. The room was spacious and the small kitchen unit was functional and very useful as part of our overnight stop. We would stay here again if it was on our route.

Very nice and stylish hotel. I like the idea of a self service terminal for checking in late or check out early, but it was not working as supposed to be. Due to the friendly night watch we were able to call everything went well. We can highly recommend this place even if we only spend a few hours in the hotel

The hotel is not a big one. However we were immediately attracted by its nicely designed garden in front of the entrance. Check-in was smooth and warm too. The layout of the unit was similar to that of a mid-sized apartment and included a full kitchen; everything was also clean and well-maintained. We would've liked to stay there longer had we known of its quality beforehand.

Charming environment. Nice for a short city vacation or relaxed trip with family, friends or couple. Bit less handy for a busy work trip. Helpful to have one's own means of transport, such as car or bike, because public transport or taxi's are less common in the direct vicinity. Clean, comfortable interior and very friendly and supportive staff. Basel is pretty, active and entertaining but walking around in the villages and outer neighbourhoods is nice too.

Great hotel,but inefficient reception staff
We chose this hotel as we have stayed there before and there was a pleasant lady on reception.This time however it took over 30 minutes to get checked in because of shocking inefficiency of the man on reception.As must people are aware the booking on the property reservation system shows as Expedia.com rather than Hotels.There in lies the problem !

Had a slight issue with the room door and staff were happy to accommodate a room move as needed. Shower water would pool and leak out into the bathroom in both rooms booked. Apparently it was a known plumbing issue for the new owners but unfortunately wasn't fixed during the stay. Good location and price to Switzerland if you have a car. Cute decor, clean rooms. Complimentary chocolate croissants on arrival is the best!

Fine, But could be better.
The reception is not open 24h, you Can enter the hotel in all 24h, But the staff leaves at 21, and then i dont know how we should have checked in if we arrived just 30 minutes later.. (arrived 20:40) The location of the hotel i found quite odd, and the interior design was a bit weird with reception and breakfast in the same room. But then again it is a quite small hotel with only 20 roomie in total. We where a bit dissapointed with the breakfast as there wasn’t many options as described..

Sehr schönes, relativ neues Hotel. Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer sehr sauber und geräumig. Ein Stern Abzug für: - Dusche ist an dem hinteren Türscharnier undicht und die Dusche selbst ist nicht abfällig gebaut, sodass das Wasser ewig in der Dusche steht. - Wände eher dünn, neben uns wurde über Nacht gestritten und geschrien und man konnte viel mithören. Normale Geräusche waren nicht zu hören und normalerweise schreit auch niemand. Also insgesamt ruhig, wenn niemand streitet und schreit - TV auf französische Region eingestellt über Apple TV. Änderung nicht möglich. Mussten irgendwas anschauen, was in Frankreich gerade oft geschaut wird - teilweise auch nur auf Französisch verfügbar. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder!
