We were warmly welcomed by Nichole and Sabrina! Later David helped us to solve a travel issue and went the “extra mile” in doing so. Outstanding customer service by him. The property was great. Location was the best I have ever been to for a hotel. The people of Basel are so courteous and the city was spotless. I have never been to a city so clean and the people so nice. I would recommend Your hotel and Basel to everyone. You could off the streets, bike lanes and sidewalks.

Location was great right in front of tram stop. Trams are free the receptionist will give you the passes. Bfast is simple but ok. Rooms are good. Toilet good too. Will stay again! Just that the pillows are too soft it flattens when you lie down. Would prefer puffy pillows

We had an issue checking in (it was after midnight and couldn't find our room key in the agreed place) but it was sorted fairly quickly with a phone call. The rest of our stay was fantastic, great hotel, very clean, lovely breakfast, friendly staff.

Great location
Perfect location for buses and trams right outside. A chemist just opposite sign can be seen from hotel. Small but good choices for breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. The free Basel card is awesome. Free travel on all the all public transport, and big discounts at most of the major museums etc. There is a lift but there are still about 4 stairs to go up with luggage

Convenient hotel, but nothing special
We arrived late, so no one was on duty when we arrived. The room was average, but ok for one night. The service the next day on reception was excellent - overall a clean, friendly place to stay.
