Nice, comfortable hotel, with a perfect location. Almost evrything on walking distance, transport very well organized. People are very friendly and helpfull. Many reasons to visit Basel again!

Perfect stay!
Really good hotel close to public transportation. Easy to walk to central area. No air conditioning but good fan. Small breakfast room, very good breakfast and excellent coffee.

We were warmly welcomed by Nichole and Sabrina! Later David helped us to solve a travel issue and went the “extra mile” in doing so. Outstanding customer service by him. We had an issue checking in (it was after midnight and couldn't find our room key in the agreed place) but it was sorted fairly quickly with a phone call. The rest of our stay was fantastic, great hotel, very clean, lovely breakfast, friendly staff.

Quick stay following a cruise. Supposed to stay two days it our airline changed the schedule so only one night stay. Unfortunately, didn’t know of the flight change so lost a full days charge $$$$$$ Without AC and just a fan, wow, stuffy. Opening windows you have a lot of street noise. Again, the temperature was unusually hot! The on facility restaurant is very good!

The property was great. Location was the best I have ever been to for a hotel. The people of Basel are so courteous and the city was spotless. I have never been to a city so clean and the people so nice. I would recommend Your hotel and Basel to everyone. You could off the streets, bike lanes and sidewalks.

Location was great right in front of tram stop. Trams are free the receptionist will give you the passes. Bfast is simple but ok. Rooms are good. Toilet good too. Will stay again! Just that the pillows are too soft it flattens when you lie down. Would prefer puffy pillows
