Was a bit noisy (I could here the heavy footed person in room on floor above me crossing floor to go to the toilet during the night - kept waking me up), and The coffee machine at breakfast had run out of milk (so no cappuccino). "This is a lovely hotel, the room was very comfortable and clean with the expected amenities. Check in was a little confusing, especially after a long day of travel. No one man’s reception after 5pm(?) and we found ourselves wandering around looking for someone to help us, which wasn’t great. I was quite annoyed at the time by it due to being very tired from our journey. Breakfast was included, which was buffet style with plenty of choice and good quality."
