Got to the hotel and the first thing the receptionist said to us was “Oh your reservation is cancelled due to renovations” but they couldnt bother to send a simple email letting us to prior to arriving. The hotel is in the back of the building, and the only entrance is a wooden door! Second, when I entered the room, it is totally different from the website! The floor is not flat, bed near the window so it can be very cold in the evening, and heating is not working as well! "
