Carpet need replacing though and it needs a lick of paint as alot of scuff marks around the skirting. Aircon didn't work and broken which meant room was ridiculously hot."

Conveniently located between two tube stops (Russell Square & Holborn) and easy walking to St. Pancras & King's Cross. Helpful and gracious staff both at reception and at breakfast. YouTube was not working properly and there was no Netflix or Prime available. I was only there for one night so didn’t request it to be fixed either. But I’m sure they would’ve dealt with it. "
