"Simply amazing staff who are always polite and nothing is too much for them. From our checkin to room service to check out, every member of staff we met were exceptionally polite and always smiling. "We were able to check in early, which was very appreciated! Initially we were given a room that smelled bad, but when I spoke to the front desk they immediately offered to move us to another room. Very happy with the attentiveness of the staff and the quality and comfort of the room. Location is perfectly situated in Oxford."

"Lovely 2 night stay here. Room was spacious, tea and coffee facilities. Room was over all clean, a couple of areas needed more tlc. Breakfast was buffet style and it was very nice, plenty of choice, from fresh fruit to a full cooked breakfast. Bus stop handy to get in and out of town. Would recommend and would stay again! Staff were very friendly and helpful. "
