"Great for our one night stay"

"Beds weren’t stiff, water pressure was good, Wifi kept dropping out every few minutes which was very annoying and Buffet breakfast was very average."

"It was pleasant surprise as I arrived at this property as it was same day booking when my long standing arrangement with another hotel was cancelled. I was greeted by friendly smiles from Isabella that makes us feel welcome. Good services from Franklin and the next day Giulia the concierge has been nothing but outstanding. They were available to my every beck and call. I would def stay at this place again. The outskirts of Florence is beautiful. A great place to soar in the country atmosphere "

"Beautiful hotel in Florence close to the station and easy access. Nice easy walk into the city centre. However the park near by at night was unsafe to walk past/near. One night I got followed and only went turned the other way as I entered the hotel. Just need to be careful. The hotel was a nice lovely and modern. The staff very friendly and always went about and beyond. "

"The hotel staff was amazing, breakfast buffet was excellent. Hotel is conveniently situated in the city center, easy stroll to the Duomo, Cathedral, and Ponte Vecchio. Many museums nearby as well. Nit to be missed Galleria dell'Academia ti see Michelangelo's David and ither exquisite Renaissance art works."

"Overall a great place. The breakfast has great options and service. Staff were super friendly and helped with everything we needed. Easy walking to the tram and buses. The only issue we had was the walls being thin and a group of girls next to us being loud throughout the nights we were staying. But not the hotels fault, just need to pack earplugs. "

"Was a lovely place to sleep for the night. The drive up was an eye opener but once we were there, we felt like we went back in time. Unfortunately it was raining all day so we couldn't walk the gardens or the pool but they looked amazing. The only dinner option was their restaurant which was a bit expensive but otherwise a great experience."

"What an amazing hotel. Fantastic views and so quiet. Beautifully set up in the mountains, it's just what you want for peace and quiet. The grounds around the hotel are perfectly kept. Staff members are friendly and the hotel is clean and spacious. Our room as well was amazing and very modern. Lots of space and very comfortable as well.
