"Appena arrivati ci hanno accolto con un bicchiere di prosecco nel patio e ci hanno anche omaggiato di un upgrade di camera. Vista la stagione la piscina era ancora chiusa ma il prato curatissimo con fiori che crescevano qua e la e un profumo di campagna veramente memorabile. La camera è bellissima con una doccia in marmo molto grande ed il letto molto comodo. La sera abbiamo mangiato all'interno della Villa, sembrava una favola! La mattina dopo abbiamo fatto una cooking class e siamo partiti!...

"Trust me, you wanna stay away from this place! The owner is a lier and customer service is the worst. First, there is NO free parking, ones arrived I was told via text that I need to go and find it myself, which is almost impossible in the center of the city or pay for the garage parking myself! On top of that, you have to wake up at 8am to pay for meters again!! The owner doesn't care at all about her guests and didn't answer any of my 15 phone calls. When I arrived the office was closed...

"Rooms were nice, clean, quiet, and spacious. Nice location in real Florence neighborhood with good food nearby but also walkable to the river and the major attractions. Enrico, the proprietor, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and gracious."

"There was so much less space than in the pictures! We had expected there would be more, since the photo showed a large space near the door. There was no fridge. The air conditioning wasn't very good, and the owner warned us not to turn it up because "it's august, so no one will come to fix it". Communications with the owner said there would be breakfast at the restaurant, however there was only cereal provided in the room. There was no indoor seating area, if we wanted to sit around a table to...
