"Check in was easy, everyone who works there is kind attentive and friendly! There is is public transportation nearby and it’s about a 20 min walk to the center of everything which honestly doesn’t feel long when you are doing it. Nice food options nearby and always felt very safe "

The on-site supermarket, restaurant, and laundry facilities were a huge convenience, making our stay even more enjoyable. "My first trip to Florence, well Italy in general. As any traveler from another country I skeptical at first as I wanted to make sure I payed for what I got. I definitely got what I was looking for and much more! Not sure the man’s name working the reception when I got there but he gave us unbelievable recommendations from food, site seeing and bars. "
