Drinks by the pool were over priced and they try to up sell ya double's . Staff excellent . Views would be good however most of the year you cannot see the volcano unless it is a lucky day . "

"This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are truly amazing and so private. We stayed here for our honeymoon and the hotel gifted us a bottle of sparkling wine and little desserts. The turndown service was really nice and dry cleaning was fast and had great pricing compared to other hotels we stayed at. I can’t say enough about the staff, we arrived early for check in but staff brought us complimentary drinks and one staff William gave us an amazing tour of the property...

"Relaxing, peaceful and attractive hotel. Loved the atrium, garden and dining areas. Beds and linen are very comfortable. Also found the stream off our patio very relaxing. Only negative is that you can hear people in hallway and through the bathroom vent."
