"I’m struggling to find words to express my appreciation… I booked the Royal Corin after reading positive reviews about its cleanliness, hot springs, and exceptional service. I can confirm it’s all true. What began as a week-long adventure with my boyfriend became a dream getaway with my now fiancé! While I was booking tours, he was coordinating with staff to plan a surprise. After his proposal, we returned to our room decorated with roses, candles, champagne, and chocolate-covered strawberries. They didn’t stop there… we were surprised with decorations at Lava Restaurant the next day, plus other complimentary snacks during our stay. The hospitality is unmatched. We missed breakfast our first day due to an excursion running long and they prepared 2 plates for us! Every interaction was warm and welcoming, I was never left with an empty drink. Wilbur at the bar become a trusted friend, we were also helped by Jillyan, Francisco, Bryan, Alex, Jacqueline and many others. THANK YOU ALL! Other highlights: - Beautiful, clean grounds - Nice poolside bar (note that it’s a toasty 102 degrees, refreshing “cold pool” next to it) - Rooms include a volcano view (we got lucky with clear skies) - Close proximity to adventures - Incredible complimentary breakfast with many options, including local specialties - Delicious food, lots of steak Another heartfelt thank you to the Royal Corin for making our stay + engagement so special. "We stayed in a junior suite plus with a beautiful view of the volcano. Our patio looked out on a gorgeous manicured garden. Every staff member we met was friendly, kind and helpful. Although there are no cooking facilities, there is a fairly good size fridge which came in handy. We were able to purchase simple lunch ingredients from the Maxi Pali that we took with us on hikes. Would recommend Arenal 1968 and El Mirador Silencio hikes. Also loved the Bogarin Trail Sloth tour, the night tour at Arenal oasis, the free hot springs, and zip lining and walking the hanging bridges at Sky Adventures. "
