"Really lovely hotel. We had a great 2 night stay in a lovely room. Sll the staff were lovely and friendly. The room was comfortable, particularly the bed. With a great, modern bathroom. We really enjoyed our drink in the bar, and breakfast which was well worth the money. The hotel it in a great position. Just down the road from the Abbey, Roman baths and Pultney Bridge. With Sally Lunns a must see and almost opposite. Only down side was the incredibly loud door slams from other rooms...

"The people on reception were excellent - polite and helpful. Our room was good if a little dark. We would have liked additional waters on our second night but otherwise all good.
