"Breakfast facility very crowded. Not enough seating. Poor choices, same breakfast everyday, no variations . Also on weekends there are hugh crowds of party goers hanging out and they can be loud. Unfortunately the windows keep noise out, they are not completely sound proof so if light sleeper you will hear them. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Location was amazing "

"Confusion when booking in as had messaged Hotel on 2 platforms as plane was delayed so had to miss connecting flight so were arriving a day later. The hotel had no record of our booking, though I did give them my booking reference number and details, but were able to book us in and paid original price. They had cancelled our booking as a no show. Room we were given was smaller than the one booked. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Great location and easy access to Metro system. "
