Navacerrada was beautiful during Christmas holidays with a Christmas market and activities to do with the kids.Perfect to connect with nature and go for a hike/bike. "This chalet was beautiful, and looks just like the photos. David and his wife were very attentive, welcoming and helpful, communicated with us with any questions before and after we’ve booked. The chalet is located about 5/10 minutes walk from the town where there are a lot of restaurants, cafes and shops. Also about a 20-30 min drive from Madrid City. Perfect location. My group and i thoroughly enjoyed staying at this chalet and we would recommend to anyone visiting Madrid or Alcala de Henares....

"La verdad es que tanto la reserva como la estancia ha terminado por ser un infierno con la actitud del propietario, totalmente inflexible en tiempos de covid y poco amigable. Con un tono muy prepotente y agresivo, hemos visto hasta acusaciones... En todo momento ha buscando cómo cubrirse las espaldas en lugar de intentar colaborar o de pedir disculpas..."

"It was a nice little apartment. We were only there for one night. Walked to a huge mall for dinner. Too noisy in the building at night- doors slamming, people old inside and outside- not soundproof. Staff was great- set taxi pick up for us and had “to-go” breakfast ready before we left "
