"Das Viertel Malasana hat Charme und Wohnung liegt prima. Aber geeignet als Ferienquartier ist dieses Appartement nicht. Es ist nicht nur viel zu klein, sondern man kann nur an wenigen Stellen überhaupt aufrecht stehen. Damit konnte man nach der Beschreibung wirklich nicht rechnen. Nachdem man die steile Stiege hochgekommen ist, kommt einem in der kleinen Dachkammer dann auch mal der Gedanke nach einem potenziellen Fluchtweg. im Brandfall. Über die Dächer wirkt das doch etwas unsicher. Die Dusche...

"A nossa estadia foi excelente. para quem tem que conciliar trabalho e férias, a casa é perfeita. Super bem equipada, disposição muito agradável para desfrutar do exterior e com condições para todos usufruirem. Outra vantagem é ser pet friendly já que temos 2 cães pequenos. O bairro é super tranquilo com todos os serviços perto.Gostámos muito"

"The apartment was great for my family of 7. The apartment is spacious, clean, and modern. Located at the heart of Alcalá de Henares, close to all Christmas festivities, and only a 15-minute walk to the train station that can be used to get to Madrid. Free Public Parking is a 3 minute walk and the apartment is in the same street as dozens of coffee shops, restaurants, and stores."

"The house was as described. We travelled into Madrid on a daily basis and did not return till mid evening. The only thing I would mention is that the tv is extremely small and sofas are not comfortable at all for lounging and watching tv. Other than that, the house was great. Very clean and beds were comfortable and kitchen well equipped."

"En general, buena experiencia, aunque tuvimos que llamar varias veces porque no había suficientes toallas ni sillas para nuestro grupo de 11 personas y hubo un error con la hora de check out (nos dijeron que era a las 11 y habíamos reservado este alojamiento porque era hasta las 19:00). La piscina no es climatizada, pero para hacer contraste con el calor del jacuzzi no está nada mal."

"We enjoyed our stay, the flat is exactly as listed. It was clean and ready for our stay. Our host was remote but helped me in a timely manner. I suggest requesting info about using washing machine, heat and AC, as they were available. The tiny lift helped us reach the top floor easily."
