"Location location location! We spent 5 days walking Florence and this hotel was 5-15min walk to everything. Keep in mind they are in the heart of everything so it can be a bit noisy with the windows open but with the windows closed it was quiet enough. Our room had a balcony and we loved it. Had breakfast once and it was very good - a lot of food! Highly recommend this hotel "

The rooms are luxurious, the beds are comfortable, the service is top notch. I would not hesitate another visit to this splendid property. "If staying in Florence, you HAVE TO stay here! So convenient to the sites, yet just off the beaten path so it’s quiet. The T2 tram stop is right out front of the hotel. Takes you to SMN train station in 5 minutes for your day trips and takes 20 min to get directly to the airport. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Dimitri was so kind and helpful during our entire stay. He’s a gem! Breakfast in the lobby starts the day out just right. Lastly, if you’re lucky, Maggie the golden retriever...
