"We loved our stay at this hotel! We spent three nights and saw so much of Florence. The room was clean and comfortable, they restocked the tea tray every day and even provided extras for milk and sugar etc. in the main reception. The staff were friendly and directed us to places if we needed pointing in the right direction. The view from our room was beautiful and faced the bell tower. The aircon was really good particularly on one of the days when it reached 27°c and was really needed. It was a large room with a comfortable bed and good storage. The bathroom was good with a nice shower and pretty lights above it. Overall we had a lovely stay in a lovely hotel. Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area wanting somewhere clean and comfortable and within walking distance of the majority of attractions. "
