"Close to the airport but 15min walk to the mascot station. It would be nice to have free shuttle at pre set ( scheduled) time to airport & Mascot station. The Bothany Rd next block has plenty of eatery. Room 312 shower glass or drain didn't capture the water completely. it leaked to the floor."

"Overall, I liked the hotel. Clean, modestly outfitted. High points were complimentary Nespresso coffee at the lobby, washing machine dryer inside rooms with detergent, dishwasher and kitchenette. Swimming pool, workout gym, hot spa, and sauna room. Close to light rail trains, Chinatown/Haymarket district, and Darling Harbour. Only downsides: slow elevator and lots of elevator repair going on. We had to climb 11 flights of stairs one day just to go to our rooms. TV was non-operational. Internet...

"Tank Stream is in a good, central location. Our room was, as expected, on the small side but totally fine for our short stay. It was undergoing some reception renovation during our stay but no big hardship. Only one minor issue was the restaurant, which seemed to have lost my booking and could also not serve several menu items. Would recommend the hotel though."

"Very funky hotel, a bit different. Great bar and restaurant area. Welcome drink on arrival was nice. No fridge in the room though. Great shower and overall comfort. Air con was quiet and efficient. Gym was good too. Better value than city hotels. Need to have shuttle from the train line as it’s too far to walk with luggage. "

"The hotel was clean & new. I have one complaint - the room is dark. It’s dark & gloomy. The bathroom was also poorly lit so girls, you can’t put your make up at all. My room didn’t have a microwave. My sister’s room had one but it didn’t work. Funnily, the foyer & lift was very bright. Overall, the bed was comfy, linen clean, bathroom clean. "

"My stay was good overall. The hotel staff were professional, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast buffet was enjoyable. However, one issue I had was that the hotel was undergoing renovations on the top floor. Unfortunately, the drilling and knocking started at 7:30 am, which made it difficult for us to sleep."
