We had the best view in London (The Tower of London) the most comfortable bed, the hotel is right next to the tube but what really makes it worth while is the staff. From surprise birthday balloons when we arrived to the nicest man who helped us at 5:30am. This staff actually cares about your experience. And that matters. 10/10!"

Only used the room for sleeping and twin room is small, although we stayed before and the bedroom was smaller but the bathroom slightly bigger last time, so depends which style you get. Ours was standard and the toilet was immediately inside the bathroom door in a long slim room with shower at the end. It has everything though, kettle, small fridge, iron and board in the wardrobe. Placement of light switches is a bit odd in the headboard so you can switch...
