"Ethan gave us such a warm welcome at the reception. He set the tone for a memorable stay. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfy. The Wi-Fi worked. In the evening, the receptionist got me proper milk instead of those tiny UHT things that I hate! The only frustrating thing was trying to get the waterfall shower to work. Great service!"

"My sister and I stayed here for our 10 day vacation in London. It is the perfect location being close to restaurants, the tube and Hyde Park.
