"I requested an early check in and got no response. We arrived at the property and the front door code didnt work and seemed to be broken Went to the back door, the code worked but the knob was locked. Called the number and the person didnt know what to do. I saw a lock box (Real Estate) And the code worked on it. so we went through the back door. Waited 3 hours to get in. Screen door on front needs to be fixed. Top of loft stairs is a trip hazard. "

"Everything was great. Kids had a great time. A little interesting of a drive to get too ( our GPS ) was spot on. Inside was very clean and ready for us.
