"We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we visit the area. It was a great value for what we paid. We had a bedroom, a loft bedroom, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room for the same price I've paid for a regular hotel room. The key is to go into it with your eyes open. The property is older and it shows. There were dings in the furniture and the decor was outdated. "What can I say, this is the perfect mountain getaway! Secluded cabin at the top of the mountain surrounded by woods with the sound of the river below. The night’s darkness and the stars lighting up the sky….cant ask for more! The drive up and down is exciting (4x4 is definitely recommended to make the drive easy) and I would suggest trying to make it to check in while it’s still light out to make it easier to navigate first time up.
