"Greeted by pleasant staff on reception. Stayed room only so didn't really interact with any other staff. Room was nice, modern and clean (apart from a sock that wasn't ours under the chair!!) Bed was comfy with nice pillows. Shower room not huge but plenty big enough, and had powerful shower with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Hotel in good location for city centre, often stay here as daughter lives on edge of Bedminster so we can walk there or into city centre"

One thing to keep in mind is that parking fees are additional to your stay at £18 per 24 hours; limited parking on-site so you need to use the adjacent carparks.
