"We were upgraded to the Matterhorn suite. It was very large with two full bathrooms and separate bedroom and living room. The balcony was wonderful. The set up for cheese fondue on the balcony with the very warm faux fur robes was perfect. My husband and I really enjoyed this magical experience. "

"Brand new hotel with beautiful natural stone and timber floors and walls, modern and welcoming styling and interior. Much higher quality accommodation than staying in Zermatt for the same price, and only a 15 minute train ride away. The pillows had no support at all, but doubling up by folding them in half made sleeping comfortable. We stayed in winter and found the room temperature overnight was way too hot, but leaving the balcony door open a few centimetres gave us a comfortable sleeping...

"Very convenient location (4 min walk to the train station and 13 min walk to the ski lift); very friendly staff; there is even a piano in the dining area for guests to play. The only thing less ideal is that there are no plugs near the bed"

"Breakfast was amazing! The room was so cozy and the location was great. It was right on the corner so finding it was easy. Keep in mind there isn’t parking directly on site. It’s about 4 euro a night and the garage is about a 5 minute walk. I loved this hotel so much! We also took advantage of the hotels spa and it was wonderful!"

"Loved loved loved this property! Our room was great and we had a balcony that looked up at the mountains. The breakfast spread was amazing and the hotel bar is so cozy and fun. The hotel is within walking distance to train station and all around food and shopping. Will definitely stay again if we make it back to Zermatt!"

"The view was amazing and the proximity to the lifts was probably as good as you can get. However, the location advertises “free off site parking” which upon arrival we found is just parking in the town square and walking 10 mins back up to the hotel or paying for parking at the lifts. We opted to pay where it seemed to be 10 euro a day. Other than that, it was a really great stay. "
