"Great for ski-in-out. Decent size room, robes,etc. Room lacked adequate lighting and had NO mirrors except the dark bathroom. Breakfast was good but items in the buffet were not replenished. The head waiter was too prominent in constantly berating his staff. One night we told there were no tables when obviously there were plenty. Shower had good water pressure and ample room."

"First time in Zermatt and this was a great hotel. Quiet but central. Great staff. Amazing breakfast in the morning to power you on the slopes. Pool was lovely and so was spa. "The property was very nice and out of the hustle of the center of Zermatt. It was a short walk to trails, very close to a gondola. You could hear neighbors easily (footsteps and voices) and we had a room above the hot tub, that was the only downside. "

"Good location with a good Spa facility including both steam room and dry sauna, pool was clean with a number of different water jets to soothe the sore muscles, along with an air jet bed. "Generally a good stay. However, we had a top floor room with a Matterhorn view and the shower head was located below my chest. I'm a guy so I am not typically really worried about things like this but it made for an awkward and uncomfortable shower experience. Breakfast didn't start until 7:30 and the charge for coffee from the machine outside of breakfast hours seemed unnecessary."
