When I entered my room it was like the Sahara desert, the heating was on full whack so it was a bit of a shock, assuming that was unintended but I managed to turn it off and the temp reduced. Unfortunately I was in a room that the window faced into a corridor so I couldn't really open the curtains but this didn't really worry me as I wasn't in the room much. "Delightful hotel with its own unique style and very modern. Alisha and Anissa at reception were very good and despite working long hours at the stand only check in desks were smiling friendly and helpful. Service in the very large lounge bar with the giant theatre style sport screens was also top notch. Highly recommend! "
