"The property is very lovely as you drive up gorgeous landscaping well lit in the nighttime. The two bedroom condo that we stayed in was very clean very comfortable and modern. I loved how there was laminate flooring instead of carpeting. And the screened in porches were great. When it came to the waterpark, it was very difficult to get a seat and it was difficult to get a tube in the lazy river. There was not many options for food and overall just too packed. "loved the staff at every stop. teh bar staff at both Calyposos and the rum bar were super good at their jobs. friendly and efficient! We were not fans of the breakfast buffet at the Tropical (?) in lower level. Staff there were great but food was not. I'd replace the gravy and biscuits immediately. "

"The room was exquisite, spacious, clean, modern. So convenient for taking a very early flight. Loved the clock in the mirror, floor lights for night, bathroom spacious and clean. Wish there was self-laundry. The Queen bed had 3 pillows, strange because most others have 4. Triple layer heavy sheets instead of soft blanket. Would have expected a better sleep experience for the rate. McCoys restaurant very nice and pool area nice for to relax. Staff at desk to restaurant very friendly. "
