"Business district location makes it fairly quiet. Overall, this is a typical business hotel with rooms that suit that role. Buffet breakfast which is included in most packages is quite impressive with a large selection of different foods- would recommend this as there is not much food options nearby. MRT station is right next to this hotel so it's easy to get around though there isn't many areas to sight see nearby. Some comments for improvement would be : 1. "For the family traveling with kids, I love the options of having washer, dryer and kitchen in the apartment. And I also like the gym to continue my routine work out while on vacation. This residence apartments are located in EAC (Europe American Center) which is easily for taxi driver to find. We rarely used public transportation in Hangzhou because taxi is really cheap. And for a family of 4 it is much more convenient to book online vehicle services or just get Taxi. Staffs are very friendly....
