"Great hotel, great location. The main train station and the Gornergrad train are 3 min away. The main strip with shopping and restaurants is 4 min away. Everything is just far enough away for the room to be super quiet. I did not have to wake up early and drag my luggage a long way to catch the train. There is a convenient ski rental on site. Overall , it's a very nice hotel to stay. but the service was a bit chaotic for us. we waited at the taxi station for more than 20 mins, no one came to pick us up, despite we called several times. we walked to the hotel with our luggages, the reception staff just explained that they were busy.
