"Overall very good. There were a couple of maintenance issues I raised with our room which unfortunately weren’t resolved during our stay (eg bath plug was not operating so bath could not be filled). There was no follow up on this to keep us informed. There was no turndown service which seemed a bit odd for a 5* hotel. Otherwise, everything was great and it is a lovely hotel."

"Hotel Bristol Is incredible! whatever the max amount of stars. I The front desk was fantastic and helpful for those of us that speak english only (sadly only one language) all the personell speak great english. The check in was simple. The room decor was very modern and very very clean. The breakfast area was excellent and the staff there was awesome and very attentive without being invasive. "We really like the big room we had. Not new, but in good condition. Very friendly stuff... but nothing was going on for new year in hotel. If they start to serve good coffe for breakfast we come back. Best part was the taxi servis to the lifts with great drivers..."
