"Staff were friendly & professional. They got us into our room early which was fantastic after a long international flight. The mushroom gnocchi & ceaser salad we ordered from room service was great. Room was nice, good layout, great shower. The only problem was they were renovating several floors above so had to listen to the jack hammers for several hours until they stopped st 4pm "

"Usually, I travel with a small powerboard. I did not need it at this hotel as there were plenty of power points in sensible places, and there were usb ports near the beds for the charging of phones. The beside lights were bright enough to read by easily and could be directed so that one person could read while the other slept. Water did escape from the shower (no door on shower). "

"Couldn’t fault anything about the hotel. The staff were amazing, from check in to room service, all amazing. At check in we were offered a free rollout bed for my daughter who was going to sleep in the king bed with us as the hotel was fully booked. We also received breakfast for an extra $23 for all three of us. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Ideal location close to train station. We went to a concert at Accor Stadium Olympic Park, the Parramatta train station is in walking...
