"Hotel was booked for convience and had used before. Booking in was straight forward. Room was closer to reception this time which was great. The only issue was that one large towel looked dirty like it had make up on with mascara. We did try to ring reception but the phone in the room didn’t work and when rang the hotel from my mobile it cut of twice after a long while no body answering . "Realy good stay nice room and a lovely big breakfast. Ideal for the tram to travel around and nice relaxing bar to sit and have a drink friendly staff nothing to much to ask for. Stayed many times and look forward to going back."
