"Overall this property is excellent. Mattress for me a alittle soft but got used to it after a couple of days. Staff are excellent,helpful and cant do enough to be of service. Although they dont do breakfast as a option there's a excellent food wagon on their rear car park that does excellent breakfast and lunch options. Will definitely stay again in the near future "

"All the reviews say it’s bad, it’s really not bad at all it’s close to the centre. Not bad for a short stay, there was hot water and the only thing that’s ‘catfishy’ is the outside but it’s Blackpool no buildings are amazing. Overall a good stay, didn’t mind it one bit."

"Appartment very clean and well equipped the tv wasn't working properly and the water in shower was very hot and we couldn't turn temperature down location excellent for our needs reported shower and they dealt with . The only criticism was the outside and lobby area needed a good clean .Would definitely stay again"

"To be really honest, for the amount that we paid, I wasn't really expecting a lot. Despite a minor hiccup on arrival - we were given a double room instead of a treble which was quickly resolved -The Grampian offers a decent place to get your head down. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the showers are piping hot!
